1. Who we are
This website, the Vita Bella Health and Wellness brand and the LinkUp online stores at breakthroughrevolution.com/linkup/store are operated by Breakthrough Revolution Corporation (“BRC”, “Vita Bella”, “we”, “us”), a corporation registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines, with address at 1201 Summit One Towers, 530 Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, Philippines.

2. LinkUp partner stores
Each LinkUp store page (for example /linkup/store/<username>) is a personal storefront of an independent BRC partner. Every order placed through a LinkUp store is sold, invoiced, paid to and fulfilled by Breakthrough Revolution Corporation. The partner who shared the store is not the seller and does not receive your payment. These Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy apply to all such orders.
3. Our products
We offer health and wellness consumer goods, including Vita Bella Organic Barley, 10 in 1 Green Le Jus, Love Thyself 9 in 1 Moringa Drink, 13 in 1 Coffee Mix with Stevia, Collagen Beauty Peptides, Kojic Papaya and Glutathione soaps, and other products listed in our stores. Product photos, colors and packaging are for illustration and may vary slightly from what you receive. We take care to describe our products accurately, but natural ingredients can vary in color, aroma and texture between batches.
4. Health and wellness disclaimer
Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Product statements are not a substitute for medical advice. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, or have allergies or sensitive skin, consult your doctor before use. Always read the label, check the ingredients and follow the directions. Stop use and seek medical attention if you experience an adverse reaction.
Coffee mixes contain caffeine; barley products may contain gluten. Soaps and other skin products are for external use only: do a patch test first, avoid contact with eyes, and stop use if irritation occurs. Individual results vary.
5. Orders and acceptance
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email, SMS or message, or when we ship the goods.
- We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, or an address we cannot deliver to. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund the full amount.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s consent, to place an order.
6. Prices and payment
- Prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees, if any, are shown at checkout.
- We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout: credit and debit cards, GCash, Maya and online bank transfer. Online payments are processed securely by our payment gateway, Xendit, and the banks and e-wallet providers involved. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Promo codes and discounts are subject to their own conditions and cannot be combined unless stated.
7. Delivery
- We deliver within the Philippines through third-party couriers. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, courier delays or events beyond our control.
- Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your parcel upon receipt and report visible damage right away (see our Refund Policy).
- Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect details or an unreachable recipient, and re-delivery fees may apply.
8. Returns, cancellations and refunds
Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Product quality and shelf life
Food and personal care products are sold with a best-before or expiry date printed on the package. We ship products with reasonable remaining shelf life. Store products as directed on the label. We are not responsible for spoilage or loss of quality caused by improper storage after delivery.
10. Warranties and limitation of liability
- We warrant that our products conform to their labels and are fit for ordinary use when stored and used as directed.
- Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Philippine consumer protection laws, including your right to a remedy for defective, mislabeled or unsafe products.
- Subject to those rights, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for harm caused by misuse, failure to follow label directions, or undisclosed allergies or conditions. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for that product.
11. Intellectual property
The Vita Bella and LinkUp names, logos, product names, photos, packaging and website content belong to Breakthrough Revolution Corporation or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
12. Website and acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our website or channels, including attempting unauthorized access, introducing malware, posting unlawful or misleading content, or using our content for resale or scraping. We may suspend access to anyone who breaches these Terms.
13. Customer reviews and content
If you submit a review, photo or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display it in connection with our products. Reviews must be truthful and must not contain offensive, defamatory or infringing content. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
14. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, typhoons, pandemics, government orders, strikes, supply disruptions, or courier or system failures.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any concern. If it is not resolved, you may bring a complaint to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) or the appropriate courts of Mandaluyong City, to the extent permitted by law.
